I see all of these ads for Resveratrol Supplements and I’ve read how Barbara Walters was convinced that Resveratrol works and that even Oprah endorsed it. Does it really work for anti-aging?
I agree with a poster above. They were proven to work in lab rats only. If you are going to use it, plan to do so for the long haul. Otherwise, its just a waste.
